Turn off your water at the mains straight away — the shut-off valve is usually near your water meter. Then call us on 1300 937 477. If water has reached any power points or switches, stay well clear and switch off the power at the meter box if it’s safe to do so.

Active flooding, no hot or cold water, an overflowing toilet or drain, a gas smell, or a burst pipe all count as emergencies. A slow drain or a dripping tap can usually wait for a standard booking. If you’re not sure, give us a call — we’d rather you check than guess.
